First Aid Master provides nationally recognised first aid training in accordance with the requirements of the relevant training package and applicable Australian Standards where applicable.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and quality of our training materials and assessments, First Aid Master does not guarantee that successful completion of a course will qualify participants for every workplace or industry requirement. Participants are responsible for confirming any additional training or certification requirements with their employer, regulatory authority, or industry body.

First Aid Master accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from the misuse or incorrect application of skills or information taught during our courses. Participants are responsible for exercising their own professional judgement and following current workplace policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.

Course information, schedules, fees, venues, and delivery methods may be changed, postponed, or cancelled where necessary. First Aid Master will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants as soon as practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, First Aid Master's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party costs, including travel expenses, accommodation, lost wages, banking fees, or other related expenses resulting from course changes, cancellations, or participant non-attendance.

Refund Policy

First Aid Master is committed to providing high-quality first aid training. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established this refund policy to protect customer rights while ensuring the sustainability of our training programs.

1. Refund Eligibility
  • Full refunds (minus a $20 administration fee) are available for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the course commencement date.
  • Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days prior to the course date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course starts are not eligible for a refund.
  • If First Aid Master cancels or postpones a course, a full refund or free transfer to a future date will be offered to all affected participants.
2. Transfers and Rescheduling

Requests to transfer to a different course date must be made at least 48 hours before the original scheduled time. One complimentary transfer is permitted per booking; subsequent transfers will incur a $30 rescheduling fee.

3. Non-Attendance (No Show)

Participants who fail to attend their scheduled course without prior notice will forfeit their full course fee and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@firstaidmaster.com.au with your full name, course date, and booking reference. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.

Welcome to First Aid Master. By enrolling in our training courses or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between First Aid Master and our students and visitors.

1. Course Enrolment and Requirements

Participants must provide accurate personal information and a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI) during enrolment for nationally recognised courses. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they meet the physical and language requirements necessary to perform first aid techniques such as CPR.

2. Conduct and Safety
  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students at all times.
  • All safety instructions provided by the trainer must be strictly followed.
  • First Aid Master reserves the right to remove any participant from a training session if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
  • Appropriate attire should be worn to allow for practical assessments on the floor.
