Welcome to First Aid Master. By enrolling in our training courses or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between First Aid Master and our students and visitors.
1. Course Enrolment and Requirements
Participants must provide accurate personal information and a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI) during enrolment for nationally recognised courses. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they meet the physical and language requirements necessary to perform first aid techniques such as CPR.
2. Conduct and Safety
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students at all times.
- All safety instructions provided by the trainer must be strictly followed.
- First Aid Master reserves the right to remove any participant from a training session if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
- Appropriate attire should be worn to allow for practical assessments on the floor.
