Cancellation Policy

FIRST AID MASTER – Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy By booking a course with FIRST AID MASTER, you agree to the following terms and conditions. * Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking. * It is the student's responsibility to notify FIRST AID MASTER as soon as possible if there are any changes to their personal details, including name, address, email address or phone number. Payment Information Students may choose to securely save their payment details for future bookings if this option is available during the booking process. Saving payment information is entirely optional and is provided for your convenience. FIRST AID MASTER does not accept responsibility for the security, storage or management of payment information handled by third-party payment providers. Payment details are managed in accordance with the payment provider's privacy and security policy. **Cancellation Policy** * All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. * A 10% administration fee will be deducted from all cancellations. * If a booking is cancelled more than five (5) business days before the scheduled training date, a refund of 70% of the course fee will be provided (after the administration fee has been deducted). * If a booking is cancelled less than five (5) business days before the scheduled training date, a refund of 30% of the course fee will be provided (after the administration fee has been deducted). * No refund will be provided for students who do not attend the scheduled training session or fail to notify FIRST AID MASTER before the course. **Rescheduling** * Students may request to reschedule their booking instead of cancelling. * Rescheduling requests are subject to course availability. * Each booking may only be rescheduled **once**. Any additional changes will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply. **Fees & Third-Party Charges** * FIRST AID MASTER is not responsible for any third-party fees, bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or any other charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider. Any such fees are the responsibility of the student. **General** * FIRST AID MASTER reserves the right to amend course schedules, trainers, venues or delivery methods where necessary. If FIRST AID MASTER cancels a course, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee paid.
